Around 8am during the week I get in and out of here quick. They are very nice and accommodating. Best Dunkin around.

Employees are rude didn’t fill my drink up. Paid 7 bucks for a frozen coffee for it to look like it’s been drunken out of! Maybe if you all had more than one person working their attitudes would be better. Definitely won’t be back!

This place has gone to shit. Idk who the new owner is but it sucks. I've come here at least 15 times over 3 months and somehow the bathroom has been broke the entire time? I've watched workers legit go in there after telling a guy with his kids it's closed. The workers obviously don't want to be there, they're rude, miserable, and for some reason their idea of 'good service' is to leave a single girl who's maybe 20 years old at most by herself to get yelled at by customers. What's worse? The same exact coffee the exact same way down the street at another Dunkin about a mile down the road is a whole buck cheaper. So they increased the price, lowered the quality, removed going to the bathroom (From a store that primarily sells a diuretic btw), and half the time it's about a ten minute wait to be seen, assuming one of the workers isn't on their phone texting. Place is horrible.

I ordered an egg and cheese croissant from Dunkin, and it was extremely disappointing. The croissant was dry, flat, and tasted stale, nothing like a fresh croissant should be. The egg and cheese had very little flavor and poor portioning, and the sandwich looked rushed and poorly prepared. On top of that, the service was terrible. One staff member was rude and unhelpful, showed no interest in helping, and acted annoyed when I asked about my order. There was no basic customer courtesy, which made the experience even worse. Overall, bad food combined with bad service. Definitely not coming back.
